BELOW ARE OUR POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS, CREDITS, APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND SERVICE ACCESS LIMITS.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THESE POLICIES AT ANY TIME AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES FOLLOWING OUR NOTICE OF THE AMENDED TERMS WILL CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AMENDED TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE AMENDED TERMS, YOU MAY NOT CONTINUE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.

 

 

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Kristen and Chill Dating offers limited, conditional refunds on eligible purchases, subject to the requirements outlined below.

Unless otherwise specified, customer-initiated refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. After that period, refunds are generally unavailable except where expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to voluntarily issue refunds outside these conditions on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not alter this policy or establish an entitlement to future refunds.

 

ULTIMATE BANTER MASTERCLASS

A full refund may be requested provided that both of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

• The customer has not watched more than the first video of Module 1.

Both conditions must be satisfied to qualify for a refund under this policy.

The course may use scheduled content releases, sequential unlocking, or other structured learning formats. The timing and availability of course materials do not extend the standard refund window.

 

PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS

Purchases of private coaching programs are eligible for refund requests within 48 hours of purchase, subject to applicable law and any program-specific conditions disclosed at checkout.

After 48 hours, refunds are generally unavailable except as otherwise expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

 

GROUP COACHING

Refund requests for group coaching programs must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by applicable law.

 

90-DAY MAGNETIC MAN COACHING PROGRAM

Standard Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, except as provided under the satisfaction guarantee below.

 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

As an exception to the standard 48-hour refund window, customers enrolled in the 90-Day Magnetic Man Coaching Program may qualify for a refund equal to 50% of the program purchase price after completing the first 30 days, provided all of the following requirements have been satisfied:

• The customer has actively participated in the program for at least 30 days.

• The customer has provided all information reasonably requested for personalized coaching.

• The customer has attended all scheduled Zoom coaching sessions, except for cancellations or rescheduling permitted under this policy.

• The customer has completed assigned worksheets, exercises, and homework throughout the first 30 days.

• The customer has made a genuine, good-faith effort to apply the coaching principles and participate in the program.

• The customer agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit copyrighted or proprietary materials in violation of the Terms of Service.

To request the 50% satisfaction refund, customers must contact [email protected] after completing the first 30 days and before beginning the second month of coaching.

Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the conditions above. The guarantee does not require any particular dating outcome or result.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Customers may reschedule one coaching appointment during the program, provided reasonable advance notice is given.

Rescheduled appointments should take place within the same calendar week whenever scheduling availability permits. If the original appointment falls on a Friday, the rescheduled appointment may take place the following week.

Additional cancellations, missed appointments, or requests to reschedule may result in forfeiture of the affected session without a refund, except as required by applicable law.

 

30-DAY COACHING PROGRAM

Refund requests for the 30-Day Coaching Program must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by applicable law.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Customers may reschedule one coaching appointment during the program, provided reasonable advance notice is given.

Rescheduled appointments should take place within the same calendar week whenever scheduling availability permits. If the original appointment falls on a Friday, the rescheduled appointment may take place the following week.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES

Kristen and Chill Dating reserves the right to decline prospective customers or clients, discontinue coaching relationships, or terminate access to educational programs for conduct that violates our Terms of Service, including harassment, abusive behavior, repeated disregard of established professional boundaries, or other material violations of our policies.

Such decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

Termination for inappropriate conduct or violations of our Terms of Service does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

Any refund owed following termination will be determined by the terms of purchase, the circumstances of termination, and applicable law. Voluntary refunds outside our standard refund provisions remain at the discretion of Kristen and Chill Dating.

 

POLICY UPDATES

Kristen and Chill Dating may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Unless otherwise permitted by law and the applicable purchase agreement, changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively eliminate rights associated with prior purchases.
